Active students are students with access to assigned JKLM learning content during the billing period. Parent/guardian accounts do not count as paid seats. Payment processing, if enabled later, passes through processor fees.
Pilot Fit
Best for the smallest launch-ready implementation: roughly 18–25 active students, a few staff users, and simple parent access.
Best for the realistic paid pilot: one center, up to 100 students, multiple tutors, cohorts, family summaries, and assignment templates.
Best for branch-level permissions, regional reporting, shared content templates, and up to three sites or locations.
Best for high-volume users, district/school hierarchies, SSO/SIS planning, formal data protection requirements, and managed implementation.

JKLM is not just scheduling and billing. It includes Student, Tutor, Parent/Guardian, Admin, Assignment, Progress, Cohort, and Implementation workflows. The launch plans are approachable for tutoring centers while preserving room for onboarding, data structure, reporting, and school-ready compliance work.
